What we collect

• Details you give us through the quote form or website chat: name, mobile number, email, business name, order details and uploaded files.
• Basic technical information such as your IP address and the page you were on when you started a chat, used to prevent spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, produce and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order by call, SMS, Viber, Messenger or email.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with couriers when you ask us to deliver, and with no one else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and chats are kept for up to 2 years for order history and after-sales support, then deleted. Uploaded artwork may be kept longer only if you ask us to keep it for reorders.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing info@thinkmedia.store or messaging us.
