Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Think Media, you agree to the following terms.

1. Quotations

Prices on this website are starting rates. Every order is confirmed with a written quotation (via chat, SMS, Messenger or email) based on size, material, quantity, layout and finishing. Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Artwork and proofs

  • We send a digital proof for approval before printing. Please check spelling, names, dates, numbers and contact details carefully — once you approve the proof, we print exactly what was approved.
  • Colours on screens (RGB) may look slightly different from print (CMYK). Minor colour variation between print runs and materials is normal.
  • You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, photos and designs you send us. We may decline jobs that infringe copyright or trademarks or that contain unlawful content.

3. Payment

A 50% downpayment is required to start production; the balance is due upon pickup or before dispatch. Orders below ₱1,000 and rush orders are paid in full. We accept GCash, Maya, bank transfer and cash.

4. Turnaround

Turnaround starts after proof approval and receipt of payment. Rush and same-day jobs are subject to machine availability and may carry a rush fee.

5. Pickup and delivery

Finished orders are held for 30 days. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer. Once an order is handed to a courier (Lalamove, Grab, LBC, J&T, etc.), delivery times are the courier's responsibility, but we will help you follow up.

6. Claims

Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any printing defect within 3 days with photos. See our Refund Policy.
